2008 Annual Awards Banquet
Recognition Form

If you are a member of the club and you own a Newfoundland that earned a new title between October 1, 2007 and November 1, 2008, you are entitled to receive a 2008 award plaque. The awards will be presented at the annual banquet after the Christmas Parade in Williamsburg, Virginia, on December 6, 2008.

To receive your awards, please send the following form to Peggy Darling via email (newfymomma@comcast.net) or at the address indicated below no later than November 2, 2007. You must register in order to receive this award. Only one award per dog is complimentary, but you can order extra plaques for co-owners at additional cost by contacting Peggy directly. Please indicate whether you will attend the banquet to receive your award in person. TDI and CGC titles can only be awarded in combination with any other working or obedience title you have earned this year.
